The raw vegetables are always known to be a better source of antioxidants and fibers than the cooked ones.

Based on your physical condition, you need to include as many exercises and workouts as possible. Physical activity is known to increase the flexibility of the body which includes that of the arteries. And of course, you should follow all of your doctor's advice also. The proper amount of exercise and a diet to reduce cholesterol does the trick every time.
